Invoicely App · Last updated 12 August 2026

Invoicely App ("the app", "we") is an invoicing tool for freelancers and small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the app collects little.

1. What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How your data is used

Your data is used only to provide the app's features — creating and storing your documents, generating PDFs on your device, and syncing your information to your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Payments

Invoicely App does not process payments and never handles card, bank or other financial credentials. When you record that a client paid you, you are simply noting a payment you already received elsewhere so the app can track your outstanding balances.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to your authenticated account by security rules. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by the provider. See Google's Firebase privacy information.

5. Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This erases your profile, clients, invoices, estimates, payments and expenses, and removes your sign-in record. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed. Anonymous crash diagnostics may be retained for a limited period to help us improve stability.

7. Children

Invoicely App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. The in-app delete feature covers deletion directly, and you can request an export by contacting us. For any other request, contact us.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL.
