Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Invoicely App app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Invoicely App lets you create clients, invoices and estimates, generate PDF documents, record payments you have received, track expenses, and view simple reports. All features are provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email address before your data can sync. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the app for a lawful business purpose.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter (clients, documents, logo, and so on). You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync your content so the app works for you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Invoicely App to create fraudulent or misleading invoices, to infringe others' rights, or to break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
5. Not financial or tax advice
Invoicely App helps you produce and organise billing documents. It does not process payments and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Totals, tax figures and reports are tools to assist you — you are responsible for verifying them and for your own tax and legal compliance. Consult a qualified professional where needed.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app available and your data synced, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above will change and the current version will always be at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
